2. By Mail
Deadline: August 31, 2007 - Registration form must be received by this day.
How: Download the Form,
print and mail to the specified address. (Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat
to view and print the form. If you don't have it, you can download Adobe
Acrobat for free.)
If you are an elite athlete, you may qualify for consideration. Please
